Il servizio è stato ottimo. Il personale era molto cordiale e accogliente. Il villaggio in sé era bellissimo e molto bello. Il cibo non era dei migliori ma non era neanche terribile. Ottimi drink.

Questo è il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo a Playa Del Carmen. Il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo soprattutto se prenoti su questa app. Buon cibo. Anche il ristorante di bistecche è fantastico. Tutto è pulito e moderno anche se non è l'hotel più nuovo. Questo è il nostro viaggio in hotel. L'unica lamentela è che hanno smesso di includere la tequila premium (Don Julio) nella formula all inclusive

Customer service was horrible, when we checked in our room key didn[t work we had to get a new one three times! They did not clean our room for three days even when we asked every day at front desk. We had an emergency at one point and need the manger and asked for two days to speak with them and was never able to speak with them. Staff at front desk is rude and of no help nice hotel staff is not worth the stay. You are better off paying a little more and staying at the Sandles or Dreams NOT WORTH THE MONEY! We travel all over the world and would never stay here or recommend them to anyone not even my bitter Mother in Law! So when I say that you know its BAD!

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. The beach club was amazing, so many cabanas, a beachside food option, loved it. The food was average at best, the cleanliness of the resort was also average to below average. We found a cockroach in the room. And, all the public restrooms on the resort were smelling like sewage, or covered in urine/feces. Likely will not repeat a visit here, but grateful for the beautiful scenery.

Lovely property, with good restaurants, and a nice variety of pools in both quiet and more active areas.
Two particular challenges, though.
They have an insufficient number of beach towels. Once, after releasing the towels we had used for four days and requesting replacements three times over a 28-hour period, we still had not received beach towels, and basically missed a day of having appropriate towels for swimming.
Further, they have a generous supply of alcohol and great bartenders, but no bar snacks at all and no way to get any apart from buying your own in the retail area. This could make cocktail hour, particularly if you enjoy late dinner, very challenging.

The hotel itself was very reasonable and we appreciated the variety of activities it offered. We also liked the adults only a**osphere. It was a bit loud around the pool area, but I suspect this catered to some of its core clientele. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The majority of the staff were very nice.
However, there was one concierge staff who was extremely rude, condescending, and irritating. This hampered our experience and was quite shocking - we had never encountered this type of behaviour before, from any hotel staff, but especially concierge. This experience left us sorely disappointed overall.

The property is amazing and the food options/restaurants are great. The air conditioning in the room could be a bit colder but I would definitely be returning here.

Property overall was clean . Food was not that great and not what I was expecting. They took almost a day to give the beach towels and by the time the towels came we no longer needed them . They only provide the beach towels in your room.
